Liliko Kids Terms & Conditions

  1. Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, safety, and care of their own child whilst at a Liliko Kids session. Liliko Kids does accept any such responsibility whatsoever for any individual.
  2. Under no circumstances will Liliko Kids take any responsibility for loss and damages to personal property during a sensory play session.
  3. Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the area where a Liliko Kids session is being held, without taking the child/children with them.
  4. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the session, and que in the designated area.
  5. Hand sanitiser will be available on entry and exit of the session.
  6. Please bring wet wipes and/or a towel with you.
  7. Please only bring with you what you need for the session. All personal belongings will remain with you, except for prams. They will be parked in a designated area at the venue.
  8. Liliko Kids reserves the right to exempt any child or adult to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety and enjoyment of others.
  9. Caregivers of the child/children are responsible for the safety of their child/children for the duration of the session. This includes all equipment present in a Liliko Kids session and materials used so that your child/children behave in a way to not cause injury or abuse to other participants in the session.
  10. We advise that children attending the Liliko Kids session wear clothing that is suitable for getting messy and will not be held liable for any stains or marks on the kids’ clothes.
  11. Please do not attend a session if you or your child is unwell. Liliko Kids reserve the right to request a child to leave the session if they feel it is necessary to do so.
  12. Please inform a Liliko Kids staff member if your child/children have had a toilet accident so that the stations and products can be properly addressed, cleaned, and taken away as well as replaced.
  13. It is the responsibility of the caregiver to ensure the child/children do not interact with any material or food substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child/children. Packaging of food items is available on request if the caregiver is unsure of the ingredients found in the product.
  14. Liliko Kids make every effort to supply safe and non-toxic or harmful items that are either edible or hypoallergenic. However, it is strongly advised and recommended that all materials provided as foodstuffs not be consumed by babies and toddlers as they can present a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attributable to any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the caregiver in attendance for supervising the child/children they are accompanying.
  15. We do not keep any finished or part finished work from our sessions. All materials used or work that is remaining will be discarded. Please make sure you take all your child/children’s work home with you when you leave.
  16. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for no-shows.
  17. Liliko Kids reserves the right to change the format of the session at any time in line with the government guidelines and venue risk assessments about covid protocols as they develop.
  18. Additional caregivers and children who are not booked in for a session, will not be permitted to enter the Liliko Kids sessions venue. All class bookings must be paid for in full before child/children are allowed to enter the session.
  19. To enable Liliko Kids to comply with track and trace requirements, Liliko Kids requires all adult attendees to provide full and accurate information and contact details.
  20. Liliko Kids reserves the right to share customer information with the venue where the session is being held, and any relevant authority to ensure all protocols and obligations are met.
